Chris Allin - Troubadour

Chris Allin's musical journey began 40 years ago and has taken him to bars, boats, country clubs and street corners throughout Europe. His current base is the South Midlands on the Grand Union Canal where his unique style can be heard at village pubs throughout the area.

A typical set from Chris is heavily based on 60's and 70's pop, rock and folk and will include music from Dire Straits, Paul Simon, Manfred Mann, Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, and, of course, the Beatles. Although Chris takes his music seriously his sets are always lighthearted and he is always willing to take requests. Whether you are in the mood for a sing-a-long or some background music for diners, Chris will adapt his set to suit the situation.

Chris has also written a, so far unpublished, children's book called 'Gordiniry Patrick Beetroot'. You can read the first chapter (pdf 21KB).

Chris has been laid low for the past few months in a secret location in St Kitts recovering from his latest surgery. Some people dispute the merits of cosmetic surgery seeing it as a misuse use of a skilled surgeon, but I think you'll agree that Chris' Botox enhanced Buttocks are more than just the work of a skilled surgeon, but are themselves a work of art. We look forward to seeing which body part Chris next donates to advance the growing phenomena that is surgical art.
